The farm behind my community (Willow Spring Acres) sublets its fields to an independent farmer. The same independent also farms across Rt 480. Both sets of fields are near Persimmon Lane in Jefferson County, WV.
It annoys my Community when the farmer drives through our “brown” roads to access his fields (thanks to Dan Ryan Homebuilders) since he/she has no liability for any damages caused by their heavy equipment, and especially when the farmer puts chemicals down on our road area to kill weeds that impede his access. He/she has never consulted with us about treating our areas.
This weekend this same farmer worked his fields and added the most unpleasant smelling fertilizer.
WHO FERTILIZES IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, WV IN MID-NOVEMBER?
Does anyone out there have any knowledge regarding homeowner rights of SMELL? The smell is so overcoming that it has seeped into our homes and into our automobiles. Pardon my expression but it smells like the worst mixture of urine and vinegar. If you stay outside long enough it will irritate your eyes.
